Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is damaged during delivery.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is defective upon arrival.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used food supplements
  • Products with damaged or broken seals (unless received in that condition)
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement where possible.
